Simple guidance for useful feedback, account help, and privacy requests during TestFlight testing.

Open TestFlight and choose Send Beta Feedback. You decide whether to include a screenshot.
What to include
- iPhone model and iOS version;
- approximate date and time of the issue;
- the steps immediately before the issue;
- whether the issue concerns Apple sign-in, synchronization, tasks, evidence, or widgets.
Protect your information
Never include a password, one-time code, Apple authorization code, access token, private task content, or a sensitive evidence photo in feedback.
Identity and privacy requests
Use Settings → Privacy → Erase Ferrari data & sign out to remove Ferrari data. Requests to delete the shared Generative Synesthesia identity must use the relevant shared-account support process; Ferrari does not present its product-scoped erasure as global identity deletion. Other privacy requests can be submitted through TestFlight beta feedback while the app is in beta.
